Information you choose to share
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, email address, any optional phone number and website, the service you select, and your message. We use this information to respond, understand your needs and discuss a possible project. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
How enquiries are processed
Our website uses Netlify for hosting and private enquiry storage, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, and Resend to send enquiry notifications to our Google Workspace inbox. These providers may process information outside Canada. Turnstile receives technical information necessary to check whether a submission is legitimate.
Access and retention
Enquiries are available to the people handling your request and the service providers needed to operate the website and email workflow. We keep enquiries while they are needed for follow-up and any resulting business relationship. You can ask us to delete an enquiry, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Operational records use a hashed network identifier for rate limiting; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry record.
Analytics
Optional Google Analytics is disabled unless configured. If enabled, it loads only after you choose to allow analytics. You can change that choice using the analytics preferences link in the footer.

For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact hello@acquisora.com. Please avoid sending passwords, financial details or other sensitive documents in the enquiry form.
